About

Beeswax
Beeswax has been used for thousands of years due to its numerous health benefits and its natural properties. The Blooming Space considers it a privilege to collaborate with beekeepers and be part of the movement that highlights the celebration of bees and their magical ability to bring light into our lives.

Working with beekeepers allows The Blooming Space to source high-quality beeswax, ensuring that the candles they produce offer the maximum health benefits and environmental advantages. Beeswax candles have been valued for their therapeutic qualities, as they emit a subtle, warm glow and a pleasant, natural fragrance when burned. This can create a soothing and calming ambiance, contributing to overall well-being.

Moreover, beeswax is a sustainable and renewable resource. By utilizing beeswax instead of synthetic materials or non-renewable resources, The Blooming Space demonstrates their commitment to the environment and acknowledges the importance of minimizing their ecological footprint. Beeswax is biodegradable and does not release harmful toxins when burned, making it an eco-friendly choice that aligns with the organization's values.
Our purpose

Connecting to Nature
The Blooming Space was founded in 2017 by Fabiola as a wellness space to connect with people and bring comfort to the world. Growing up she would observe bugs, flowers, and plants. These memories in the wild became her most mindful moments, fostering her love for nature. She found hope in newly bloomed flowers and this led her to establish "The Blooming Space".

Following her Passion
After making the decision to pursue her dreams, Fabiola opted to engage with beekeepers in the northern region of Tanzania. She felt immense excitement about joining their beekeeping efforts. Her aim was to craft candles and various bee-themed accessories, honoring the significance of bees and their environment.

Empowering Others
These meticulously crafted items are elegantly encased in handwoven bags, skillfully made by women in Iringa. Fabiola's ultimate vision revolves around empowering entrepreneurs in rural Tanzania. Her goal is to support these individuals' talents by encouraging the use of natural materials through artistic expression and promoting a wholesome way of life.
